I’ve been kicking around a response to this for a while but kept deleting it and starting over. There was even an essay of about four paragraphs that meandered and then trailed off and I just thought we’d all be better off with it going away.
I think the main points I’d want to hit, however, in an essay response that didn’t suck would be these:
