Chris’ Recipe for Post-Workout Shake
3 Bananas.
1 Large Dollop of A) All Natural Peanut Butter and B) No Fat Plain Yogurt.
2-3 spoonfuls Frozen Blueberries.
10-12 oz. Water.
1.5 scoops of Protein Powder.
Blend. Enjoy.
(Optional) 4 icecubes to chill–add after blending.
Lunch of Champions.
THREE bananas? Good Lord, how do you choke that down?
And try making it with coconut water, which is the nature’s sports beverage. (And is mad yummy, as the kids would say.)Report
