That is one seriously difficult to read document what with all the [US oppose: …”] interjections and proposed alternative wordings, not to mention all the acronyms referring to other treaties and such.
Is this a form of rent-seeking such that only humongous transnational corporations will have the legal resources to even know if they’re compliant?Report
