Hilzoy calls it quits. She was one of the left-o-sphere’s best voices of reason and calm. While I understand that she is happy with where things have progressed in the last 7 or 8 years, I can’t help but think that the pendulum is starting to shift too far in the opposite direction in our national debate. Hilzoy was a voice of restraint against that. She will be missed, regardless.
