  2. The only couple of times I’ve ever come close to puking during a workout was during a couple of high-intensity boxing sessions and once when I took a class and they made us run wind sprints while dragging a partner behind us with a rope.

    I’ll have to try this for my cardio on Saturday.

    While we’re on the subject again, does anyone have any recommendations for good core strength exercises besides the usual woodchops, planks, etc? I’m doing a 3 month program and i’m 2 weeks into Part 1 which is Core Strength and I’m getting really bored with the exercises.Report
