This one reminds me of a proto-version of “For Better or For Worse”. The mother in that cartoon often had a hugely gaping mouth for some reason.

But yeah. Totally relate to that.

My children have the annoying skill of showing up about 10 minutes after I really start getting worried. It doesn’t matter if they’ve been gone a few minutes or a few days, invariably I fly into a tizz right before they show up. It’s the most useless superpower of them all.Report
