I’m glad to see that the NBA stood up to Donald Sterling. That kind of racism has no place in today’s world, and it’s good to see him get the punishment he so richly deserves.

That the Clippers are apparently worth two billion dollars is testament to:
A) The vastly improved product put on the field since Sterling has not been in operational control of player personnel and coaching decisions;
B) The tremendously successful work done by the NBA as a whole to ubiquitize its entertainment product (as opposed to anything Sterling has done);
C) Cause for Lakers fans to gasp in astonishment;
D) All of the above.Report
