I’d also like to mention that this Friday we’re having Mon Tiki’s first Floating Classroom Project outing; we’re partnering with the Town of East Hampton Shellfish Hatchery to take my daughter’s Brownie troop out to distribute bushels of seed clams in Lake Montauk.
