3. Yawn. Michael Goldfarb featured Kagan’s remarks on the Standard’s Blog long ago. I remember distinctly because one of my right-wing friends was the one who dug got Kagan’s thesis from Mudd Library and sent the (far from incriminating) musings on to the Standard.Report
