Running into a jello cube
This is a silly question. For an 8 by 8 by 8 foot cube of jello to stand up under its own weight, it would have to have much higher surface tension than regular jello. So, you’d bounce off.

The possibility I favor is the jello bomb scenario. In this case the jello, despite its great surface tension, would be so near breaking that anyone who got a running start would, upon impact, find themselves in the middle of a gigantic jello explosion.Report
I’ve always wondered if you couldn’t fill a pool with jello mix before a freeze and get that to work. Never had the money. I did once make a ball of silly putty about the size of a television set- another long-planned project- and indeed it would not bounce because it was too heavy.Report
