Is what we have here a failure to communicate?
Every time I wade into a back-and-forth or comment thread along these lines (a more frequent occurrence these days, I find), I just sense that this is the elephant in the room that some, but not all, are willing to recognize.
Pretty much. We have a whole generation (mine) that has grown up where unions are either made up of teachers/nurses or car makers. If you aren’t one of those two things, the idea of unionizing seems crazy.Report
