Wow. Thanks for the link, I don;t know if I;ve ever seen a blog entry quite like that before. I wonder if A&W Root Beer is just a universal sign for careless summer father-son (or daughter) memories, or if I just happen to have that in common with Ebert.Report
He is a gifted writer and you can rely on him for reviews. I can’t imagine having no smell or taste. It’d be a long walk off a short wharf for me I suspect.Report

Ebert is the best indicator of whether or not I will like a movie. I’ve liked some movies he has loathed and has loathed some movies he’s liked, of course. However, he does such a good job of explaining why he liked or disliked a movie that I can tell whether or not I am likely to be on the same page as he is.Report
