Squarepusher - Solo Electric Bass, full concert
Tom Jenkinson, AKA Squarepusher, is primarily known for his mind-bendingly complex, sometimes-pranksterish electronic compositions, which often combine breakneck speed, whiplash turns, and hyper-detailed drum patterns.
What is slightly less-well-known, however, is that he’s ALSO a madman on the bass guitar. Up top is a simply-lovely 35 or so minutes of him just spinning out jazzy colors and shades on it, with no additional instrumentation or accompaniment.
