You know, the two main Kiss guys seem surprisingly down to earth, once you get past the absurdity of the whole Kiss thing.
Anyway, I did not get past the Steam Holiday Sale unscathed. The two big ones were both 75%ers, I think. Avernum: Escape from the Pit and Lichdom Battlemage. The former is a lovely little bird’s eye view dungeon crawl that reminds me of Baldur’s Gate and the latter is a first-person caster that brags about how it’s the first game where the Mage is a badass (I was having a lot of fun with it until it crashed on me).
You know, Psycho Circus came out two years before this commercial was made/shelved. Did they deliberately go with a trapeze theme or was that one heck of a coincidence?
You know, the more I think about this, the weirder it gets.

I would make it illegal to advertise coffee on television, since I feel it is a harmful substance.
Having said that, my favorite Folgers commercial is from about 5 years ago, and it features a brother and sister who are a little too close for comfort.

That one was weird too. I also remember the one from around the Riverdance craze where they had the sister of the lead dancer of Riverdance doing Irish Dancing for coffee.

Good coffee is psychtropic, but actually pretty good for you. Of course, good coffee tends to have less caffeine and better extraction of some of the more volatile chemicals.Report
I got Rogue Legacy fro. The Steam Sale. I have also restarted Darksiders 2. I got together with an old friend while on vacation, and he managed to get me playing DnD Online again too.Report
