  1. I am stricken that you’re moving on but respect your choice (even if I disagree with your reasons). I’ll try and look in on your new digs regularily.Report

  2. I second the regrets that you’re moving on, and the best wishes for the new digs.

I note that we’ll probably still send you email demanding that you participate in an occasional Symposium using an occasional guest post.

  3. Two things.

First, I feel like the series on belief incomplete; and I was very much enjoying it. To my mind, there’s no person more willing to push against his own biases, so your insights were greatly valued. I hope you’ll continue the series, Jason.

Second is a huge thank you for editing my most recent post. I needed an editor, I’ve worked with many gifted editors, and you did as fine a job as any I’ve ever worked with. With your departure, I mourn I’ll not be able to ask for it again. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your effort.

I love the quote from Virginia Postrel.Report

    1. I found the religion series very hard to complete. I just couldn’t come up with a satisfying conclusion to it at all. I may revisit it in time, and making it a swan song here might be the push that I need.

As to the editing, don’t hesitate to ask again. I’d be delighted.Report

  4. Jason, I’m sad that you’re leaving us Loogies for greener grasses. You’re the one libertarian who gave me faith in the whole experiment. (Well, Hanley too, but don’t tell any I said that.) One thing, tho: I’ve noticed that you aren’t accepting comments at your new place, which must be an oversight on your part, or more likely a technical glitch that will soon be worked out.

Good luck to you, sir, on your new endeavor. You’ll see me over there soon.Report
