Unrelated, but also on Friday the US District Court for the Southern District of California declared California’s ban on high capacity magazines unconstitutional, saying “California Penal Code § 32310 is hereby declared to be unconstitutional in its entirety and shall be enjoined.” (PDF of the ruling)Report
