“Flight of the Stone Heads”
Here’s something different- one of my paintings. It’s the second painting I’ve ever done, so be kind; it was inspired by a dream I had about floating stone heads.

I kinda like this, Rufus. Reminds me of the heads on Nemrut DagiReport
Thanks. I think those heads are probably what was bubbling up in my dream. The sky was also a color of red in the dream that I figured I could not capture in acryllic paint, at least not yet.Report
I like it too. It reminds me of a Terry Gilliam animation.Report
Totally looks like Gilliam’s stuff.Report
Thanks. I hadn’t thought of that, but I definitely see what you mean.
Incidentally, I recently have decided that Giliam is in reality what Tim Burton is supposed to be according to hype.Report
They’re very different souls, those two. Tim Burton comes from the Edward Gorey school and is quite glad to tell you he’s been ripping him off for years.Report
