You are uncritically assuming Trump is correct to say these pardons were done without Biden’s knowledge or consent - it’s the root of your “can Elon do this” digression.

What the Israeli’s know or don’t know is irrelevant. He is a lawful permanent resident and this subject to US jurisdiction and given the protection of the US Constitution. If the political speech of neonaz.is is protected by that constitution (and they are direct enemies of the US and its citizens), then his speech is equally protected.
It appears that senate democrats have become as cowed and cowardly as republicans and will not filibuster the CR. They are now complicit in the end of democracy.
We made a decision during the Cold War that individual vehicles driven by one or a few people was a better way to move goods an population across our vast geography. Then we build a road systems with car dealers and mechanics and gas stations to accommodate that mode. Then when private railroads abandoned passenger service as less profitable we scooped or all up into a quasi-governmental organization that we mistakenly try to force to be profitable.
Meanwhile our European understudies rebuilt their destroyed continent to expand their rail network for both intercity travel and intra-city commuting. They iterated; they went fast. And they mostly do so in an environmental friendly way. Which is why their trains are mostly full. What they don’t do is demand profit margin to just keep it all running.
We could have been Europe. Now it would be a heavy lift which we seem to not want to do.
When an intelligence service five years ago assumed something which may or may not be backed by evidence I’d say perhaps we need to move away from that assessment.
Have you considered the probability that what we knew in 2020 - in the midst of the pandemic - may not have been informed by testable scientific fact so much as fear?
What do you think that switch buys us other then a history free naive response next time that skips over dozens of effective alternatives in search of something that “feels” good?
And it took them how long to arrive at that analysis? Which tells us we should do what differently next time? And gets China to tell us the truth how exactly.?
Israel already has announced what land it considers its own - and reinforces that announcement every time it permits a Jewish settlement on Palestinians lands.
Kamala Harris did run on economic growth in as much as she celebrated the success the Biden Harris administration had pulling our nation back from the brink after the pandemic. A great many people - you included - panned that growth. So you will forgive us leftists if we don’t believe you actually want Democrats to do this.
Donald Trump got 1/3rd of registered voters to agree with you. It happened to be enough to get elected again, but it’s says precisely nothing about what the American voters want or support, especially the 36 million who withheld their votes entirely.
