I do not believe that that form of argumentation will work because it assumes moral authority on your part that is not particularly legible.
They will fall back on "he shouldn't have been here in the first place and the deportation was rectifying an error".
"But he followed the rules!"
"The rules Biden twisted in order to allow millions of immigrants entry. He wouldn't have been here under the old rules that we agreed on in the first place."
"WHAT ABOUT LAW AND ORDER?!?!?"
Here is the problem with the whole appeal to the "process of law".
You will be arguing against people who believe that the starting point is that Garcia should never have been here in the first place. From there, the deportation is rectifying an error.
"But we should have a process of law!"
"The process failed by allowing him here in the first place."
It presents pretty closely to an isolated demand for rigor. Those will be received poorly by partisans and by people on the fence.
Say what you will about that insurance CEO, but his wound was not self-inflicted.
And, technically, people have already tried to assassinate Trump, though I understand that some explain that it was a set-up and the blood was something that Trump learned from his time in the WWF.
Be careful what you normalize, lest we start having more essays open with "You’d think our many many law and order supporters on OT would be up in arms about this."
"What? I thought you guys were opposed to setting mansions on fire!"
There's a bunch of people explaining that *REAL* Gucci or Hermes or whatever are made in Europe and that may be true, but the point is that China is saying "you can buy our replicas of the luxury items that cost a couple of orders of magnitude more elsewhere".
It's the 1970s all over again! Was it a liberal who hates the fact that he's kind of centrist? Was it a neo-Nazi who hates the fact that he's kind of Jewish? Was it a radical centrist who hates the fact that the liquor stores are all state-owned? You won't know until his Facebook is made public!
This ad showed up in my feed. It's a young man running for Governor of Colorado (so it most likely won't show up for you).
Being 38 I represent Millennials — and everyone who comes after us.
Our generations are stuck with:
→ Useless degrees & low-paying jobs
→ No affordable housing
→ Crippling healthcare costs
→ Rising crime
What *I* found interesting is the "useless degrees" part. It seems like "useless degrees" is showing up more and more as a political talking point. It was merely an undercurrent for the debt forgiveness debate but now people who are running for political office are just up'n saying "useless degrees".
My Ethics professor freshman year (so, 1991-1992) was approximately one jillion years old and he explained to us that the term that was used during his childhood/adolescence was "morons".
And we've reached the point where "moron" is a term that the one wacky morning DJ calls the other wacky morning DJ when they're arguing about sports or something.
It's not even a particularly venomous insult anymore.
The atmosphere was not really anxiety-making. If anything, I'd call the atmosphere "goofy".
I don't know much about rage rooms but I do know that you can get a pack of clay pigeons for a hundred bucks. They're biodegradable, non-toxic, and smash up nice. A good rain will make it like they were never even there.

Oh, okay. Maybe it'll work itself out. Muddling through and whatnot.

The House should introduce some articles of impeachment.

When the law is held in contempt, there will only be a scrambling for order.
This will end in divorce or war.

Let's give him to Antifa.
Then we can compare him to WWII vets.

Searching for "Balmer" on twitter seems to indicate that he was a "registered socialist" who, apparently, hated everybody.

He's going out of his way to not mention his party affiliation.
Republicans would *NEVER* vote for a Democrat and Dems would *NEVER* vote red.
Independent? Hell, everybody would vote for an independent!

I am *EXCEPTIONALLY* irritated.
I watched a youtube that said "fight them like *THIS*" and I went and fought them like that and it worked.
So I got past it.
