    1. Fair use is practically irrelevant on most big platforms. The social networks are terrified of what old media can get the government to do to them, so they err very heavily on the side of removing anything that could resemble copyright violation.Report

    2. It’s not done by hand (how could it be?), it’s done by algorithm.
