I've heard that they do have another source of audio that includes the helicopter pilot's responses that he did see another aircraft; the current thinking is that since it was night and he could only see groups of lights, he was looking at one much further away and thought that's what the controller meant.
Questions I've seen, and I imagine will be addressed in the investigation:
* Why was the helicopter operating above 400 feet altitude in an area where it was not supposed to be above 200 feet?
* Why didn't the controller notify the CRJ crew of the approaching helicopter?
* Why didn't the controller more forcefully direct the helicopter crew?
You're right, the Democrats had plenty of opportunities to say "despite what the Republicans want you to think, we are not going to ram any kind of Trans Agenda down your throats" and they did not take those opportunities.
Some of them don't, but are taking the most stringent possible interpretation of whether or not they "provide aid directly to individuals".
Like, food banks are saying "we take the grant money and use it to buy food, so our funding doesn't technically go directly to individuals, so, we're assuming that we can't do that now, sorry Trump I guess you shoulda wrote your memo better"
(This is turning out like that Government Shutdown back in 2018 that Stopped Trump Getting His Border Wall and then a few months later he got the money anyway and the wall he built was expanded by the Biden administration.)

Also, in 2016 it was Just A Fluke, it was "people didn't like Clinton and stayed home rather than voting". In 2024 it was pretty clear that people actually did want Donald Trump as President.
Insulation is one of those things where modern stuff is so much better than historical stuff and it's not because of some mystical wonder technological development, it's more "just don't do the dumb-but-simple thing you used to do"

We can't go by what the people who wrote these laws thought they meant, we can only go by what the people who implemented these laws thought they meant. Like when the lady said "we have to pass the bill to find out what's in it", that's what she meant.

An AI might be able to generate an image of a urinal, but it won't be able to explain why that image of a urinal is actually art despite the creator specifically intending that it not be seen as art.
