I'm going to go out on a limb and assert that normally the United States Constitution is already the law of the land. The party that on day one of a new administration sought to clarify the definition of man and woman ought not have any trouble with "subject to the jurisdiction".
We can either be a nation of laws or men. Take your pick. If the Republican Party wants to end birthright citizenship, they out to pass a law to that effect.
Too many songs with that title. When I do it, it's hand out parallel to the floor with my palm up. Like any other person trying not to through a National Socialist salute would do. Let's not give grace where none is due.
More JAQing off. Are opponents of birthright citizenship claiming that American born children of illegal immigrants are not subject to American law? Preposterous.
I'll join in the fun of the fave albums of the year.
The Last Dinner Party - Prelude to Ecstasy
The it girls of 2024 British rock music put out this fantastic debut. Really off the beaten path for me, but I was blown away how much I liked it. https://youtu.be/s78dvZBb4DU?si=w_Js-6As1c0pE6f5
The Lemon Twigs - A Dream Is All We Know
They've been around for awhile, but they're new to me. Great early '70s vibe on this release. https://youtu.be/4JcnxfF6tss?si=rB1qwuE20qE3Mf5t
Field Music - The Limits of Language
The Brewis brothers are the core of what is probably one of the more interesting rock bands of this century. Art rockers who love a funk beat, and probably the only band to ever put out a concept album about the immediate post-WWI era. David Brewis' side project School of Language did an interesting concept album about DJT called 45. Definitely worth a listen on inauguration day eve.

Still one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard on radio.
And boy do I miss Hawk.

“If the Chicom gummint is using the ‘tok to manipulate Americans, we should probably know about that.”
Why does this require divestment? Apparently, the U.S. government has the info. Just share it.

It usually doesn't end well when leadership declares it's Year Zero.

I suspect this'll end up in court. You and I arguing as laymen is pretty silly, so let's just stick to things we actually know something about.

I'd rather read your analysis.

How? Does American law not apply to them?

That is not the normal gesture for that intention.

If that's the case, and there was something to spill, he should have done so way before then. They guy's a West Point grad for Christ's sake.

This kind of stuff has been consequence free for years, and will continue to be so unless elected officials decide to do something about it.
Biden should have bounced this guy the instant he learned about it.
