Reporters aren't going to talk about that. They have the illusion of neutrality to project. All you have to do is watch/read the reporting over a few years and it becomes clear that the regular media has a favorite. Even NPR was shown to have a bias towards Hillary-it was evident when she lost and the press was stunned Trump won.
Well, I'm not a millennial, and I don't listen to entire albums much anymore either. I shoved most of my music into several iPods. One for the car is set on random. One i have in house. That unit has the classical and more esoteric music-Japanese Koto and such on it. I listen to full albums with that one, but it's just background music for the dinner party...usually something like Amethystium.
This was all over the local news yesterday. Given the exchange, it seems what we gave up vs who we got back, that Russia got a better deal. That being said, I'm not against the trade.

Yeah, the host was really being a bit pedantic I think. Besides the key take away from the whole conversation was when the guy said "the powers that be". That was the key point. The host was under the assumption that we have a democracy is this country.
Actually something I heard about primaries was more interesting that Freddy's comments.....
NO ONE VOTED FOR HARRIS. Biden just withdrew, and she "got the nod". Her name wasn't on the ballot. I find that line of thought interesting. One caller nailed it...."the powers that be told Biden to bail and anointed Harris." That's pretty much happened. The host got all "that's not a democracy" while I'm thinking..."never was".
My local radio station talked about this yesterday...hilarious. Whether or not "czar" was used is irrelevant. She was given the assignment. Watching reporters try to whitewash it away has been hilarious.
The level of stupidity and careless driving has accelerated in the recent years. I don't know if it's cell phones, a general drop in skill level, or something else.
Based on what I saw when Reagan got shot, the SS would have reacted immediately, blocking line of sight for the shooter and covering Trump's body while moving him away from the area. Other SS not near Trump would be scanning for the shooter/shooting at him.
I don't know if the shooter had a scope. I assume so, but it can be difficult if you shot at someone that's behind you and then pivot around to reacquire you real target. I don't that's something easily done without a fair amount of training, depending upon how powerful the scope is.

So is it the chargers, the trucks, the heat, some combo? Fear for your packages people...fear for your stuff. I wonder who's paying to replace those trucks?
Spite defined: "a desire to hurt, annoy, or offend someone."
It's the demonstration that those in the media, who for years claimed neutrality, were lying. They never were neutral, "we report, you decide" was BS. This was a wonderful example of people who thought "no one could possibly vote for Trump" facing the reality that they were wrong....badly. In some ways, it was never really the reporters/announcers fault. They lived isolated in a bubble of their own making and never experienced the "fly over" land that voted for him.
I'll agree that those are two of the several categories that like Trump. There are also folks, like me, who "like" Trump, not for who he is, or his politics, but for the fact that he causes the other side to "loose their shXt." Note--I didn't vote for the guy either, but it's enjoyable listening to NPR 24 hours before the election talk about how Hillary was going to win, only to hear them shocked the next day announcing Trump won, and all that smug attitude was replaced with dismay.
"Anyway, my read of what’s going to happen in the election is muddled as heck"
Meh. Repub/Demo. The machinery of the "state" continues on, with few major course corrections. Elections are smoke and mirrors giving the "voter" the idea that his voice counts. YMMV
I've seen this. I'm not a fan. It was not how I grew up in sports and I've heard enough about the weekly grind to make me wonder "how much of it is worth it". Pretty damn expensive IIRC too.

Funny, the basic argument for Biden is, "he's not trump". Frankly, neither is worthily of being voted for.
