  1. Little Cozy Flat doesn’t appear to have any recordings in places easy to find. Sheet music has survived.

    Listen, dearest, to the story I am going to tell you;
    It’s a song of old-time glory, every single word is true.
    I won’t swear by stars above you, nothing so old as that;
    But on the level, Kid, I love you and we’ll get a cozy flat.

    A little cozy flat, a place to hang my hat
    a little girl like you to run and kiss me
    Now you can’t beat that
    A loving smile from you
    A little sunshine too
    You just mark my words
    We will live like birds
    In our cozy flat.

    What’s the other song? Oh. I see.
    Huh. Al Jolson covered it. Huh. Okay.

    The third song… Holy cow. A recording from 1909 survived. And the coat was blue. So that makes it a little better.
