The time this happened to the group of young 20-somethings I was part of was at a place in LA after a day at Disneyland. Happier ending, though. The woman who had dragged us to this place was a favorite relative of the manager. After hugging her he took a look at all of us. Grabbed the first waiter at hand, told him “Put them in room B upstairs. Whatever they want is on the house.” The food was excellent and the wine was better.Report
