    In the photo of the cutting board I see onions, check, carrots, check, celery, check. And there’s a fourth pile that I cannot match to anything on the ingredient list. It looks a bit like garlic, which I am a bit surprised to not see in the ingredient list.

    Is that garlic?Report

      That is garlic. Three or four cloves, minced. My fault. I worry about burning garlic because I despise that acrid taste it can develop so I add it after the tomato paste, just about a minute before the wine goes in. I’ll correct it as soon as I get in front of a computer but let this comment stand as evidence that I flubbed and you caught it. Sorry about that.Report

    I always associated Milanese with a bunch of arugula on top. I’ll be sure to give this version a try.Report
