    The first crossword was published on the ‘Fun’ page of The New York World on 21 December 1913. It was invented by British journalist Arthur Wynne, who emigrated to the United States in the 1890’s.

    And since time worked differently back then, these things were practically brand new!

      Which itself isn’t a new as people think. Or at least, when Ru Paul has been advertising that Lingo game during football, and everyone said ‘hey they made of tv version of Wordle!’, they in fact just rebooted a TV show from the 1980s. (fun fact – hosted by Ronald Reagan’s son)Report
