    Neither our own Andrew Donaldson nor Dr. Richey are lawyers but the level of discussion about the origins, limits, and procedural restrictions on OSHA’s rulemaking authority are very high in this conversation. An impressive exchange, one I wish I’d listened too earlier than today.
