I spent 5 minutes with this and, by eyeballing it, I came up with this:

Now my musical skills are nigh-nonexistent so this is likely to be completely and totally off but it said that the tune might be Brahms, Johannes: violin concerto in D op. 77, 2nd movement.
So the guy made up some lyrics to a famous-ish tune. Maybe.Report
Given the jazz hands and the “darling,” “honey,” and “no no,” it seems more likely to be a reference to a popular song of the day.Report
