Ah, the heady, heady days before Franksgiving was even an idle thought in anybody’s head. Say what you will about FDR, he managed to turn celebrating Thanksgiving into something that, dang it, you *HAD* to do (whether it be a week early when the good people ate it or the old designated time when the reactionaries ate it).Report
