I haven’t finished.ed the book yet, so I am going to have to pass on reading your usually wonderful post.

That said, in addition to reading it, the wife and I have been watching Russian Doll on the netflix, which has been surprisingly good and thought worthy. Natasha Lyonne adds a bit of gravitas to it, as she has never come across as one of the Hollywood bimbos. Recommended.Report

I’ve been catching up on The Good Fight on CBS All Access (before I cancel said access) and the weirdest thing happened – the show jumped the shark in the 3rd season, and I know it (IMO) jumped the shark, and I can explain what’s wrong with it in LENGTHY DETAIL – but I still keep watching it and I don’t really mind.

I guess if you put Rose Leslie, Christine Baranski, and Cush Jumbo in a room and have them act the shit out of stuff, I don’t really care how stupid and illogical the plots and motivations become…Report
