    That’s pretty cool stuff. Less waste and less pesticide runoff. People don’t pay a lot of attention to it, but ag technology has done extraordinary things for efficiency.Report

    I’ll be glad when they can increase yields on smaller areas and maybe return some to fallow. The lack of field edges and cover have really destroyed the quail population in much of the country.Report

    They are super cute until you picture scaling to industrial farming quantities. A field with 2,000 of these little buggers all sensor and IoTified running around removing all the undesirables.Report
