I’m having trouble signing up…I think I am in the right place I saw a message from Kazzy tried to read it and got a message saying I didn’t belong to the league (tried not to take that personally) I could not for the life of me see a place to sign up a team. Don’t tell me women aren’t allowed to play 🙂Report

Man, if I weren’t experimenting with fantasy college football for the first time this year, I would totally be in. Oh well!Report

Here is what I’ve learned from my research:

Everbody’s top 10 has 9 of the same guys in it. Everybody’s top 20 has 18 of the same guys in it.

The main differences you’re going to run into is whether you’re going to be the guy who takes a chance of Peyton Manning playing most of most games this season or if you’d rather take a chance on someone who isn’t as good who is less likely to be injured.

Don’t take a special teams guy until the absolute last pick.Report

    • Fish in reply to Jaybird says:

It’ s not an IDP league (Individual Defensive Player) so you can’t pick a special teams guy. You will be required, however, to choose a team defense, which includes special teams. Some of them are worth having earlier than others.Report

I think he meant Place Kicker, which nearly all FF lineups include. Typically picked last, because there’s not much seperating the best and worst kickers in terms of scoring. The ideal kicker last year was David Akers, since the Niners offense was frequently in field goal range, but struggled to score touchdowns.Report

Far from it. We need an even number of teams but if on draft day there is an odd number I will conscript my wife.Report
