Perhaps the better news is that this is not a brand new decision, this is (I believe) the apellate court upholding a previous ruling.
Now we just have to wait until it goes to the Supreme Court.Report

Right, that’s true. I was intrigued by the defense- that the law prevented them from taking basic safety precautions. Of course that’s probably true, but I’d never really thought of it that way.Report
