    It seems to me that the best combination is the Republican congress and Democratic president and a close to 50/50 Senate.

  2. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Bill Clinton, intentionally or not, may have been the most libertarian-friendly Presidency of my lifetime. Especially the last 6 years, which kind of goes to Jaybird’s point.Report
