On Gates/Crowley

One thing we learned yesterday….

At 18:10 of the WEEI interview 7/23, Sergeant Crowley says:

One of my first radio broadcasts after I was in the residence was, really my intent was to slow the responding units down because as you can imagine a crime-in-progress call like that does get a tremendous response from the Cambridge police department because we have the luxury of having a lot of resources. I wanted to make sure that nobody was going to either hurt themselves or hurt somebody else in trying to respond not only to investigate this call but to assist me because they presumably knew I was there. So one of my first transmissions was to slow the units down, and I’m in the residence with somebody I believe resides here but is being very uncooperative.

At 1:35 of the excerpt or radio transmissions released 7/27, Crowley says:

I’m up with a gentleman who says he resides here but [awful?] uncooperative. Keep the cars coming.

You can pretty much tell that in his interview he’s referring to that transmission because the quote of himself is very accurate with respect to “resides here” and “[very] uncooperative.”

Now. Otherwise. What’s the difference between what Crowley said he said while Dennis and Callahan were worshiping him, and what the transmissions shows he actually said?
