The NBA: Where a pretty predictable post-season happens
I’ve got Kobe’s Lakers over Lebron’s Cavs in five games. If the series goes to six or seven games, though, I see the Cavaliers winning it all. With Garnett out, the Magic choking, and no clear contender other than the Lakers emerging from the West, the playoff script looks pretty predictable. That doesn’t mean it won’t be entertaining, and I’m really looking forward to an epic Lakers-Cavs finale. Watching the mid-majors scrap it out for second round berths should also be fun.
My one implausible prediction: the much-maligned Dallas Mavericks will make the Western Conference Finals. Sound off in comments with your own thoughts.
